Mat Pilates is a gentle, but effective modality for developing sustainable strength, stability, and increased range of motion. Emphasis is placed on mindful progressions to stabilize, strengthen, and refine.

ONLINE DRESS UP YOGA

On Wednesday night we DRESS UP YOGA.
This class is for novice and seasoned movers alike. Drawing inspiration from yogic traditions, pilates, and calisthenics, DRESS UP YOGA emphasizes mindful movement that doesn't take itself too seriously. Give yourself the gift of breath, strengthening, stretching, and, most importantly, dress up.
Wear: Something completely impractical.
Have: Water, Block (or books), Pillows, Strap (or belt), Towel/Blanket
ONLINE Aerial Improv and Composition
Friday 8:00-9:00am MST | $25
This class begins with a targeted active mobility warm-up before transitioning into exercises meant to expand your imagination and explore the translation of imagination into movement.
Utilizing the theatre philosophy Viewpoints, this class teaches skills and methods to expand your vocabulary, strengthen your freestyle skills, and use the discoveries to build aerial compositions.
Wear: comfortable movement clothing
Have: home aerial apparatus (pole, sling, trapeze, lyra, fabric, rope, etc.)
